Hepler is a very small town in southeastern Kansas, with a population of 132. It’s quiet here most of the time. But not so much at our library. We like to have fun here. It’s hard to have fun if it’s quiet.
We play games, watch movies and listen to music. Students who use the library do get their work done. We respect those who need it quiet.
